It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, the Daysworth version (shown in Settings in the app), and what happened, step by step. A screenshot helps too.

Getting started

Do I need an account?

No. There’s no account and no sign up. Open Daysworth and start logging.

How do I log an activity?

Tap Log, choose an activity from Recent, Favorites, or search, set how much you did, and tap Add. For something you do often, tap the plus beside it in Recent to add your last amount instantly.

What if the activity I want isn’t listed?

Search for it, then tap Create to make your own. You choose its name, how it’s measured, its category, and its icon. Activities you create are visible only to you.

Your diary

Can I log something I did earlier, or on another day?

Yes. On Today, tap the plus beside Morning, Afternoon, or Evening, and tap the time on the logging card to change it. To log on another day, move to that day with the arrows, or tap the date to pick from a calendar.

How do I edit or delete an entry?

Tap an entry to edit it. To delete it, swipe left, and tap Undo if you change your mind.

Why do some totals include estimated times?

Some activities have a usual length, so logging them adds an estimated time to your totals. To use your own usual length, or to record the actual time you spent, open the details on the logging card.

Why does something I logged after midnight appear on the previous day?

Daysworth counts late night entries toward the day you’re still finishing, until your day starts at 4 AM. You can change that time in Settings, under My day starts at.

How do I see my progress over time?

Open Insights for totals, averages, consistency, and streaks across a week, a month, a year, or all time. Tap any activity to see its full history.

Your data

Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone. Daysworth has no servers, so we never see what you log. The Daysworth Privacy Policy has the details.

How do I back up my data?

Your Daysworth data is included in your iPhone’s iCloud or computer backup. You can also export everything as a spreadsheet file from Settings in the app.

How do I move to a new iPhone?

Set up your new iPhone from a backup of your old one, or transfer directly from your old iPhone during setup. Your Daysworth data comes with it.

Does Daysworth sync between my devices?

Not yet. Your data stays on the iPhone where you logged it.

How do I delete all my data?

In Daysworth, go to Settings and tap Delete All Data, or delete the app. Earlier iPhone backups keep their copy until they’re replaced.

Requirements

What do I need to use Daysworth?

An iPhone with iOS 27 or later.

Is there an iPad or Mac version?

Not yet. Daysworth is designed for iPhone.
