Daysworth Privacy Policy
Last updated December 17, 2026
Who we are
Daysworth is made by Syncerity LLC (“Syncerity,” “we,” “us”), a software company based in California. This policy explains how the Daysworth app for iPhone handles your information. Our website and email are covered by the Syncerity Privacy Policy.
What Daysworth stores
Everything you enter in Daysworth is stored on your iPhone, in storage that belongs only to the app. That includes:
- The activities you log, with their amounts, dates, times, details, and notes
- Activities and categories you create
- Your favorites, goals, and progress on books and other projects
- Your settings, such as appearance and when your day starts
Daysworth has no servers, no accounts, and no sign in. It works without an internet connection, and it never sends what you log to us or to anyone else. Your information stays on your iPhone until you delete it.
What we collect
Nothing. Daysworth doesn’t collect personal information, usage data, location, contacts, health data, or identifiers. It contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking code, from us or from anyone else.
Information Apple shares with us
Apple runs the App Store and shares limited information with app developers. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may send us crash reports and app usage statistics. These help us find and fix problems, they don’t identify you, and they never include what you’ve logged.
When you download Daysworth or make a purchase, Apple handles the transaction and gives us only sales reports that don’t identify you. Apple’s privacy policy covers how Apple handles this information.
Backups and new iPhones
If you back up your iPhone with iCloud or with a computer, your Daysworth data is included in that backup, along with your other apps. Backups are handled by Apple or by your computer, not by us.
When you set up a new iPhone from a backup, or transfer directly from your old iPhone, your Daysworth data comes with it.
Exporting your data
You can export everything you’ve logged as a spreadsheet file (CSV) from Settings in Daysworth. The exported file is yours to keep, move, or share however you choose.
Deleting your data
You’re always in control of your data. You can:
- Edit or delete any entry in the app
- Delete everything at once with Delete All Data in the app’s Settings
- Delete the Daysworth app, which removes all of its data from your iPhone
Earlier iPhone backups keep their copy until those backups are replaced or deleted, which you control in your iPhone’s settings or on your computer.
Because Daysworth never sends us your data, there’s nothing for us to delete. Daysworth doesn’t ask for your consent to collect data, because it doesn’t collect any.
Permissions
Daysworth doesn’t ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data.
Third parties
Daysworth doesn’t share data with anyone, and it doesn’t include code from other companies that collects data. If that ever changes, we’ll update this policy first, and any company we work with will be required to protect your information at least as well as this policy does.
Contacting support
If you email us for help, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to help you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The Syncerity Privacy Policy explains how we handle email.
Children
Daysworth isn’t directed to children under 13. Because Daysworth doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, it doesn’t collect any from children.
Your rights
Laws in some places, including California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, give you rights over personal information that companies hold about you, such as the right to access or delete it. Daysworth doesn’t collect personal information, so we hold none from the app. For anything you’ve sent us by email, write to privacy@syncerity.io and we’ll help.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Daysworth handles your information, we’ll update this policy and the date at the top before the change reaches the app. We’ll also describe significant changes in the app’s update notes.
