Syncerity
Privacy Policy
Last updated December 17, 2026
This policy explains how Syncerity LLC (“Syncerity,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit this website or contact us. Each of our apps also has its own privacy policy.
Our apps’ privacy policies
Each app explains exactly what it does with your information:
- Daysworth Privacy Policy, for the Daysworth app for iPhone.
This website
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind, and it doesn’t load content or fonts from other companies.
Like every website, it’s delivered by a hosting provider, which automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, your browser type, and the page you asked for, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our hosting provider may keep these records for a limited time for security and reliability. We don’t use them to identify you or to build a profile of you.
When you email us
When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We use this only to reply to you, to help you with our apps, and to improve them.
Our email provider stores these messages on our behalf and is required to keep them secure. We keep messages only as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of our conversation, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
What we never do
We don’t sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to track you across other apps and websites.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we don’t track you, our website already behaves the way these browser signals ask. There’s nothing extra to turn off.
Children
Our website and apps aren’t directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Where information is processed
Syncerity is based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your message is processed in the United States.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to privacy@syncerity.io.
Depending on where you live, including California, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, you may have more rights under local law, such as the right to object to or limit how we use your information, or to complain to a data protection authority. If you’re in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we handle your messages based on our legitimate interest in responding to you. We won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll make it clear on this page before it takes effect.
